Reserve by Phone

Reservations available by phone 7 days a week; 6 am to midnight by calling our local number (614) 477-0737

A credit card is required to make a reservation. We like to take the credit card info over the phone for privacy and security reasons.

We will ask you to send us an email to RManVan@gmail.com regarding your reservation with reservation details to make sure that the info you are providing is correct and also the email acts as a contract and we will reply to your email with conformation so both parties have corresponding emails.

Our commitment
Your satisfaction for service provided is our goal. Should you be dissatisfied, please call us. We will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Cancellation policy
Please note if your flight has been changed due to weather or other circumstances the vehicle you chose may not be available for the new arrival time, although we will try our best to accommodate the changes. It is possible that a different type of vehicle will be used in this circumstance.

New Luxury Cadillac Escalade requires 7 days prior notice for any reservation changes on weekends & 48 hours on weekdays or Cancellation (minus $150 deposit).

14 Passenger Transit Minibus 14 days is required for any reservation changes or cancellations (minus $150 deposit) Minibus reservation will be billed in full 10 days prior to the service date.

Waiting Time Charges
Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. Once 16 minutes have past, waiting time will be charged by the vehicle’s hourly rate, rounding up in half-hour increments starting from the scheduled pickup time.

Airport pick up procedure
Driver will be waiting at the baggage claim level at the bottom of the escalator nearest the appropriate luggage carousel.  Driver will be holding a black and white sign with passengers last name.

All deposits are non refundable
If you are changing on short notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to accommodate your request due to availability, you can keep the original reservation or cancel the reservation.

Damage/Clean up FEE
Customers will be held liable for any damage that they cause to our vehicle including a $100 cleaning fee in some extreme cases. Vomit fee $300 or more (depending on the severity and the type of the vehicle) will be charged to credit card on file.
